Education and society both are interrelated or interdependent because both mutually influence each other i.e. complimentary. Without education, how we can build an ideal society and without society how we can organize the education system systematically means both are needed to understand. Sociologists see education as one of the major institutions that constitute society; they place the study of education in a larger framework of institutions found in every society. These institutions include family, religion, politics, economics, and health, in addition to education.
If society is well structured and has ideals then it automatically affects education. Social structure is generally built-in religion, the way of living life, philosophy of members of society, politics, economy and it has some good ideals which help every individual and contribute in society after all educationalist, experts and psychologist are coming from society who mold the education system and make it more practical full-fledged with technologies. Education helps society by spreading knowledge. This certainly is one excellent contribution to Education.
Society directly controls the system of education by defining the objectives, planning the curriculum, and developing the value system which is to be incorporated in the students through education. Education is very important and highly valued in today’s society; it is also necessary for success in life. Education is supposed to provide students with the necessary skills that prepare them for the world of work later in life. The education system also serves to teach individuals the values and morals of society. Government should pay serious attention to education and support it economically although this is sometimes not the case. Many children in our society are not provided with a safe and secure environment in which they can develop. The improvement of educational facilities is supposed to be implemented by the government
