In a classroom, there are various students who differ from each other by their I.Q levels, societal and economical backgrounds e.t.c. Here comes the responsibility of the teacher to handle each and every student with perfection to make the classroom a joyful one.
- The teacher always has to understand the situation in a classroom before reacting upon it.
- Taking an extra class once a week to make the children learn classroom etiquettes which may help them to modify their behaviour in a classroom.
- Helping the slow learners to excel in the subject which they find difficult by taking special classes after the school hours.
- The attitude of the teacher must be polite in the classroom so that students can clear their doubts easily without any fear
- The teacher must always try to solve academic problems related to students.
- Not giving the excess amount of homework to the children that they may feel a burden to do so.
- Creating a sense of humour sometimes does not make children feel bore while listening to the classes.
- Conducting the activities and brain games to cheer up the children's enthusiasm is not a bad idea
- As a teacher, one can make every effort possible to make his/her teachings successful !!!
- Teachers are the one who brightens up the lives of students with the light called education.
