Life and well-being can be defined as a combination of feeling good and functioning well. This refers to such a stage in which a person positively realizes his abilities and cope with the normal stress of life and works productively and fruitfully.

Life, health, and wellness are multidimensional which include physical, social, psychological, intellectual, spiritual aspects. Wellness and well being referred to a positive state that is opposite to illness. It is not just the absence of illness or disease; it is a separate positive state. It is a positive outcome that is meaningful for people and each and every section of society.
Good living conditions and a rich environment are fundamental to well-being. Well-being integrates mental and physical health which results in a more holistic approach to disease prevention and health promotion.  In simple words, well being can be described as living life positively and feeling good. It includes physical well-being, economic and social well being, emotional and psychological well being.

As we all know that well being is a positive state, it becomes more important for us as teachers. We interact with a lot of students. For students well being it becomes necessary for a teacher that his own health and mental state are good. So well being becomes important for a teacher. At school, we work on the overall development of students.  This is only possible if we can provide them such an environment that leads them to positivity and wellness in life. Students are very easy prey for stress and this stress affects their mental health as well as the physical one. Here school can help them a lot. There should be a good relationship between teacher and students so that students can be helped to get rid of the stress. This will be helpful for students and in fact for the whole society. A healthy and well-being person is always fruitful for society. So, we can conclude that life and well being are very important terms. The term refers to a positive and healthy state of the mind as well as the body.
