Every child has a different learning preference. Among the different ways of learning, some prefer to learn by hearing, some by seeing, others by doing, some by reading and others by asking questions:

1.USING SEATING STRATEGY:
Since teachers can’t be everywhere at once, have your students help one another by placing them in effective seating arrangements. By making, groups children can learn many things from each other.

2.PROVIDING MULTIPLE LEVELS OF EACH ACTIVITY:
While giving activities for children, we have to observe whether they are performing well are not and there should be an increase in the level of activity. So that the children's IQ level increases at each level.

3.TEACH THE SAME CONCEPT SEVERAL WAYS:
Many of them teach in a single method, by this children can't get the knowledge on it. They only copy that topic. But if we teach a topic in several ways children's can easily understand the topic and they can remember it for a long time.

4. GAMES / JOYFUL LEARNING:
The teaching should be in a play-way method. It captures the thrill of true learning. By this children's feel curiosity,  passion, collaboration,  connection, effort, fun, sharing and engaging, empowering and supportive community.

Playing games in the classroom can increase overall motivation. Students become more motivated to learn, pay attention and participate in-class activities. A game-based approach is a kind of instructional activity, which integrates games into teaching for instructional goals. 44

5.COLOURFUL PAINTINGS:
Paintings and arts on the wall attract all the children to study and learn in a better and easy way. The walls of school leave a long-lasting effect on the tender minds of the children. So, the school walls should be painted in the most colourful, bright and educational way to attract the children to come and study.

6.BY USING TLM:
Teaching-Learning Materials (TLMs) are important for the teachers in teaching his/her lesson effectively as it helps him/her to a better interpretation and appreciation of the concepts, contents as well as the subject matter. TLMS also enables the students to proceeds towards concrete learning. It increases the knowledge of the learners, arouses interest and enriches the imagination and thinking power of students; as a result, they enable the students to learn faster, remember longer and gain more accurate information. TLM'S helps in understanding the concept in an easy way.

7.ENCOURAGING CHILDREN:
Children are curious about new things. They love to explore things and experiences, try out new ideas and have lots of questions. If we encourage their curiosity it sparks creative thinking. Creative thinking further aids the child to navigate confidently through this ever-changing world.

8.CURRICULUM:
Teaching should be cross-curriculum teaching rather than traditional teaching. Such as project-based learning, problem-based learning, inquiry-based learning. So that every student involves themselves in their learning process.

9.CHILD-CENTRED EDUCATION
Students and teachers share the focus. Instead of listening to teachers exclusively. Students occupy the central place in the educational process. Child-Centred education focuses on the children current life and experiences, put children at the centre of education, provide opportunities to talk, and support their choice.

Child-Centred Education aims to the all-round development of children as a whole. Therefore teaching styles and methods should be the focus on the well-being of the child. It will lead to their cognitive, affective and conservational development.

10.INQUIRY-BASED LEARNING
It empowers students voices and hourn their choice. It increases motivation and engagement. By this students can show their interest, they learn, they create and they can solve. It makes research meaningful and develops strong research skills in students. It fortifies the importance of asking good questions.
