What motivated you to become a teacher?
Our honorable Shikshan Maharshi Dr Bapuji. Salunke’s great work towards students inspired me during my school days. This was my major motivation to become a teacher myself.
What is your best memory so far as a teacher?
My best memory as a teacher has been the moment when I gave a mobile to my students for their online classes. The happiness of the students, their smiles gave me memorable moments.
How were you introduced to Gurushala?
I was introduced to Gurushala through ‘Learning with Vodafone’ and since then, Gurushala has helped me become a tech-savvy teacher and has been an inspiration for me to connect with students.
Gurushala’s sections such as the content library, staffroom are very important. Through Gurushala’s different sections, I get to engage and communicate with teachers all over the country. It will help me become a good teacher. I have participated in the National Teacher Award, Group discussions, Expert discussions etc. organized by Gurushala.
What according to you is a 21st Century Teacher?
A 21st Century Teacher is tech-savvy, understanding towards students, has scientific aptitude and much more. My life motto as a teacher is to make every student a good person so that he/ she can contribute to the betterment of society. I hope to contribute to make this society corruption-free and ideal in the whole world.
