Life skills are abilities for adaptive and positive behavior that enable humans to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of life.

Importance of life skills : 

In a constantly changing environment, life skills are very important to be able to face challenges as per the developing technology. Technology formation is impacting education as well as our daily life.

In everyday life, the development of life skills helps students to:

  • Recognize the impact of their actions and teaches them to take responsibility for what they do rather than blame others
